Our company was chosen to refurbish all rides at Ghost Town in he Sky. Included in that project was a looping coaster that had not ran in more than five years. When we found that the major components did not pass structural inspection. The decision to design and fabricate a new train was made. The new train matched the geometry of the original equipment but exceeded all other aspects.

Our “Boxed Frame Construction” was far stronger than the replaced parts but weighed 10% less. Our redesigned wheel carrier was fabricated from one solid piece of 4” steel. The billet machined part is only 1 pound heavier but resolved years of weld breaks that had occurred in the past.
